Regional Investment Strategies (Hunter Input-output Model)

Our Hunter Input-Output model, recently updated by the Foundation, provides invaluable information for planning, forecasting, policy formation and evaluation and for corporate strategy development. It is primarily used to:

determine the economic impact of existing operations
determine the economic impact of business/industry expansion, major reduction, diversification or a new investment project
calculate potential State and Federal Government taxation revenue from increased economic development
document impacts on the regional economy to aid in gaining financial, community and government support for a project

Demographic Profiling - CDATA 2001

The Foundation can undertake demographic profiling of populations based on the 2001 Australian Census of Population and Housing. Profiles are available for local areas, suburbs, local government areas, regions, states and Australia-wide. Information can be provided for characteristics such as age, gender, employment status and occupation, housing, vehicle ownership, education and qualifications.
